Disko

Disko font is a bold hand-drawn display typeface that brings graffiti energy and street art authenticity to typography. Raw and expressive, this design delivers urban culture aesthetics for streetwear brands, music labels, and youth-focused marketing. The irregular strokes and playful letter shapes capture genuine spray-can spontaneity that digital precision cannot replicate. Designers working on hip-hop album covers, skate brand identities, and club event promotions will find the authentic street character resonates with their audience. The bold weight ensures visibility across merchandise and large-format applications. Pair with clean geometric sans-serifs for body text that provides reading structure without killing the creative energy.

Disko was crafted by Jess Latham. The typeface brings careful attention to typographic detail, visible in its letterform construction and optical balance.

As a Display typeface in the Vox-ATypI Graphic classification, Disko features tight spacing optimized for large point sizes and exaggerated contrast, weight, or decorative features. These optical characteristics make it well-suited for hero headlines and landing page headers.

Disko is available in a single weight, offering focused typographic consistency for both digital and print applications, with 4 curated font pairings available. Standard Latin character coverage serves the majority of Western typographic workflows.
