Each character displays corgi shapes with short-legged character suggesting the beloved dog breed's charm and internet fame. This cartoon funny style suits dog content, corgi products, and designs celebrating corgi culture with breed-appropriate cuteness. The corgi reference emphasizes breed-specific charm. For designers creating dog content, Corgi delivers appropriate canine character. Complements dog palettes.

Corgi was crafted by Irina Balashova. The typeface reflects a focus on typographic detail, visible in its letterform construction and optical balance.

As a Handwriting typeface in the Vox-ATypI Scripts classification, Corgi features disconnected or loosely connected letterforms and irregular stroke weight from natural hand pressure. These optical characteristics make it well-suited for packaging for artisanal and handmade products.

Corgi is available in a single weight, offering focused typographic consistency across digital and print workflows, with 3 font pairings curated. Standard Latin character coverage serves the majority of Western typographic workflows.
