Cdx Hollow

Cdx Hollow font is a handwriting typeface featuring outlined letterforms with transparent centers that create a distinctive stencil-like aesthetic. Each character displays confident hand-drawn strokes while the hollow treatment adds modern graphic interest and layering possibilities. This display face works effectively for overlay compositions, festival posters, and contemporary art exhibition graphics where typographic experimentation enhances visual impact. The outline style reduces visual weight while maintaining strong presence. Designers exploring dimensional typography or seeking alternatives to solid display faces will find Hollow's approach refreshing. Complements solid handwriting fonts or geometric sans-serifs in layered poster compositions.

Cdx Hollow comes from the work of Codecy. The typeface reflects a focus on typographic detail, visible in its letterform construction and optical balance.

As a Handwriting typeface in the Vox-ATypI Scripts classification, Cdx Hollow features disconnected or loosely connected letterforms and irregular stroke weight from natural hand pressure. These optical characteristics make it well-suited for packaging for artisanal and handmade products.

Cdx Hollow is available in a single weight, offering focused typographic consistency across digital and print workflows, with 3 font pairings curated. Standard Latin character coverage serves the majority of Western typographic workflows.
