Bergamasco serif typeface delivers elegant antiqua forms with Cyrillic support through a complete family suited to refined international applications. Dimitri Antonov's design provides sophisticated character for editorial layouts, corporate communications, and formal documents across markets. The elegant proportions add refinement while Cyrillic support addresses Eastern European audiences. Bergamasco's classical aesthetic appeals to cultural institutions and international publications. Both display and body text benefit from balanced proportions. Pair with a geometric sans-serif for modern contrast.

Bergamasco was crafted by Dimitri Antonov. The typeface brings careful attention to typographic detail, visible in its letterform construction and optical balance.

As a Serif typeface in the Vox-ATypI Classicals classification, Bergamasco features bracketed or hairline serifs terminating each stroke and modulated stroke contrast from axis of stress. These optical characteristics make it well-suited for long-form editorial and book typography.

Bergamasco is available in a single weight, offering focused typographic consistency across digital and print workflows, with 3 font pairings curated. Standard Latin character coverage serves the majority of Western typographic workflows.
